Transforming White Privilege
On the Path to Racial Equity in Maternity Care
We invite you join us to examine the history of race and racism and the culture of white supremacy and white fragility. Engaging with readings, videos, exercises, personal stories and restorative practices, we will build a supportive, community while we cultivate the skills needed to show up as clinicians to do the work of dismantling racism in maternity care.
UPCOMING SPRING 2026 SERIES DATES
5 Biweekly Group Zoom Sessions on Saturdays, 9:30am - 12pm
March 28, April 10, April 24, May 9, and May 16
In between group zoom sessions, participants will work with a partner in the course during the weeks of March 16, March 30, April 13, and April 27
Participation/Continuing Ed Units:
We ask that you plan to attend all of the sessions and do the assigned videos and readings for each class. 17.5 CEUs will be awarded at the end of the course.

A portion of the proceeds will go to TWP's Black Midwife Advisory Council, and to support other Bay Area BIPOC-led organizations on the front lines of this work.
