“I really liked the transparency of where the funds go, how the program is structured (with the paid Black advisory council) and the history of the program. It really helped normalize the transparency we often don't see in institutions. I also really appreciated that the facilitators participated with us, aside from just enjoying getting to know them and learn from their experiences, it really normalized that this work is ever-present, and that there is no "destination" to reach where we are "done" with the work.”
