Transforming White Privilege
For Racial Equity in Maternity Care
We are excited to welcome you to this upcoming cohort which we've designed specifically for white-identified obstetricians and pediatricians. This course is designed in consultation and collaboration with Black maternity care experts, and intended to change and improve your daily interactions and the care you provide to Black patients and their families. This is an experiential course - in addition to studying historical and current causes and realities of racial inequity in maternity care in the United States, you will also (and most importantly) engage in reflection and practice designed to shift the ways you relate to and engage with patients and colleagues.
